i am 24....and rite now im 70 kgs ....i was 90 in 2009 and came down to 58 in 2011 now im gaining weight again i gained 14 kgs after i joined my job ......and i dont wanna feel fat anymore.
i jst lost a kg im 69 now:>....im 5'5" so im way overweight. i need 2 feel nice for a change and make a differnce 2 how ppl c me
im 68 kgs :/
ok now i'v 10 kgs more to loose to get back to my previous weight and 14 kgs 2 my ideal weight.
mini challenge no 1: 65kgs by the end of april
mini challenge no 2: 58kgs by the end of may
