I'm a surgeon, living on a hectic schedule (crazy work hours, 48-hour-shifts and whatnot). I have a soft spot for gourmet food, cooking and enjoying meals at restaurants, shared with loved ones. I believe food is the best way to bring people close and eating can become an amazing experience, not only sensationally but also as a means to communication. I enjoy good beer and wine and good tobacco. And I hate keeping track of what I eat...
Given the nature of my work (standing for 8, 10 hours nonstop each day), I find it very difficult to follow a satisfactory exercise program. I try my best though, and recommend to everyone who is like me to get Wii Fit, because it's fun and it makes light exercise at home a game.
