I used to be fit until I got sick out of nowhere after my surgery. I used to run 10 miles every other day. Lift weights to tone my muscles, yard work, house work, cooking and baking. All my life was 124 to 126. I gained weight of 171lbs with constant joints, muscular and nerve pain, cramping and tired, exhausted and fatigued all the time. Lost weight to 166lbs then 144lbs when I forced myself to be active and watch what I eat. Weight remained still and that is why I started this app. Since I started this app I was able to see the brake down of my food intake allowing me to make changes to my diet. I also increased my activity and now I see that I actually lost some weight. This app has helped me in my decision making on my health, exercise and how I eat. I now count calories where I never had to before. I was always on my feet taking care of the household so I stayed on a constant weight of 124lbs. That is no longer the case, it’s a constant struggle to keep the weight off now. Now my conditions make it harder for me especially when I am always feeling exhausted and in pain. I give thanks to my wonderful husband and friend for supporting me and helping me through all this. May Jesus Christ bless him in a mighty way, I pray God heals him and grants him virtue because he himself is sick with so many conditions for so many years. I don’t know how he does it. This is new for me but as time goes on each day it gets a little easier. Having wonderful children that helps and supports us is a blessing in its self. Thank You Jesus Christ for giving me such a wonderful family.
