I am a single mother of four. I work full time as a nurse and I'm a part time student. I was recently dx with RA and have gained weight with the different meds. my kid eat unhealthy i have no right to tell them to be healthier and eat better if i don't heed my own advice. So i am determined to be a better example for my kids and my patients
