hello, i,m a 35 yr. old male, father of four, and i am on s.s.d. due to medical reasons.well, being home all day is pretty boring so what do i do when im bored, I EAT!!! I am trying the atkins diet but would like to see other peoples sample breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu to see if i;m doing it right.PLEase help jc
