Five years ago I went from 195 lbs. down to 152, thanks to tracking my calories in FS. Over the next couple years I gained about ten pounds back, but that was OK. I can live with 160-165. Then the pandemic hit and I gained another 20 lbs., and never did lose them. Decided I had to do something when I was supposed to go to a memorial service and none of my pants fit. I'm too cheap to buy new ones!
