Working 2 jobs n want a nice VRBO home to go to n want to weigh 150 lbs. Not a lot to ask!?!!? So wanting to lose weight and have a nice decluttered home.
Somehow my FatSecret app... went away and would not let me reset!?!?! Soo I believe this is a GREAT way to hit the Re-Start button!
This was a good reset to see that to LOSE weight slowly - I need to be eating under 1800 calories.
I already see a nutritionist so I am writing the food diary for her. N doing the two challenges here hopefully will get the house decluttered and document the weight loss.
So to those out there that are doing great at the weight loss and declutter journey... give us inspiration n tell us about it..
To those out there that are struggling .... struggling to lose weight and declutter your homes/lives... LET'S keep trying!!!
