I am 48 years old and work full time for a computer company.
I have been with my husband Chris for ten years and happily married to him for 8. Between us we have 8 wonderful children, from the age of 26 to 8.
I am desperately trying to lose weight to be more healthy, and I most certainly don 't want to be fat and fifty.
I will be aiming to eat no more than 1500 calories a day and
i will also include exercise.
