i'm a wife, mother, nanny, gran, great gran, & friend. i quit smoking 6 years ago 2 packs a day!! that was a big hurdle, but it lead me to another hurdle with gaining 40 lbs. i know it could be alot worse but my colesterol & blood pressure are up so i have to lose some weight. & i know i will feel better. i'm on here for support & to give any if needed!!
