I decided to start loosing some weight in Mid May 2018 after being mithered by my mother ..... quite how she could see what weight I had piled on is a mystery as she lives in Australia ..... maybe my sister was the spy ....so Mid May I jumped on the scales and was 200 lbs ... ouch .... so rather than 'going on a diet' I simply decided to eat better ..... and soon the pounds started to fall away .... then at around 186 lbs I hit the plateau .... so did some research and found a smarter way to loose the weight .... coupled with turning my brain in against it self on the war against chocolate and all other 'addictive foods'. That doesn't mean to say I have given up on chocolate altogether ..... oh gosh noooo life is too short for that ..... And then I stumbled on this site, and my weight loss has now become a science . Now I can 'eat normally' but properly monitor my intake and still the weight is going. What a difference, no longer do I worry about 'guilt foods' nothing is off limits, not even my faves such as pies .... pies .... oh and chips and pizza ..... I eat sensibly and I eat foods I like, without the pounds piling on .... never again do I want to see 200lbs when I step on the scales ......
