I need to take off alot of weight and looking for some encouragement and a community to help me.
Fought weight gain my whole life. Have been overweight but active my whole life, until I had breathing problems. The breathing problems accelerated my weight gain along with stress and lack of exercise from working long hours at a mostly sedentary Job. Put on a huge amount of weight the last 3 years from stress and breathing problems.
Oxygen levels adjusted now on the mend and thinking straight.
