Hi, I am 55 years young. I have a neurological disease that is slowly robbing me of my ability to walk. I spent three years felling sorry for my self and gaining weight. This is the heaviest I have ever been. Now is the time to get my weight down so I have fewer future health problems, and my care aid( down the road a bit thank goodness) will have an easier time helping me.
