I am 61 years old, lost over 30 pounds on WW three years ago (see, you can teach an old dog new tricks!) and have kept them off. Was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and immediately started eating a Mediterranean Diet.

My present goals are to get down to a weight lower than my 150 pound goal weight, where I have a little wiggle room, and also to firm up. I am a recovering binge eater of over 45 years and am having huge successes. I was on Sparkpeople for more than a decade.
