Although it's a slow weight loss....it is going in the right direction. Half a pound this week gone and even had two 'bad' days this week of fish and chips and Kentucky the following day. Mostly eating low, low fat foods though but not calorie counting so it doesn't feel like I'm dieting.

Just had a weigh in...I am losing weight soooooooo slowly that at times it is barely perceptible ..... About half a pound every week/two weeks. I don't know whether it's because my bowels tend to be really sluggish so it is really hard to gauge what I've really lost. At this rate...it will take me 25 months to reach my goal weight. Have been fairly good in the last six weeks since I've started this diet. No chocolate...fat in grammes averaging under 30g daily ...I only had three days out of the six weeks when I was off track. Think I'll up the anti on the vegetables though and try some new recipes from Slimmingworld magazine as I'm eating the same type of meals without variety. Oh well.....let's see what next weigh in brings.
