Well after having a loooong break due to stresses at work etc I’m now back and more than ever determined! Bit disappointed in myself as was nearly at my goal weight set and now I’ve put it all back on 😴 no sweat though keeping up the determination to get it all back off and more this time 😁💪🏻

So I started back at the gym on the 24/8 and we’re now on 1/9. I’ve never felt so great this past week! I’ve always struggled to see a difference in my weight loss but now I’m starting to see some results and people are also commenting on how well I’m looking and it feels amazing 😁
Down to 8st 9 and determined to reach my target of 7st 4. Forgot how important my fitness was when dieting (always done one or the other) Long may it continue 😁👊🏻💪🏻

So I haven’t really been logging into my diet apps for about a month.. I realised yesterday that I have around 3months to slim down for bridesmaid dress fitting so joined up to the gym for the first time in a good year or 2 (maybe more :o ) to kick start my diet and exercise regime! So happy and proud of myself that although I haven’t been sticking to a routine that I’m now down to 9st 😁 lightest I’ve been in a looong while.. Just a stone and a half to lose and I’ll be at my target weight 😁
