Ok so I have been slack, not logging food not even reading my notifications!! But for once in my life it's not because I have been eating crap and lying on the couch, well actually this wekend I have but mostly I have been eating pretty clean and exercising like an athelete, well a fat girl athalete but moving most days. Today is MAcro Monday a lady from the gym and I have decided to do another 6 weeks and get some results and be accountable!

My bad not tracking food on here still but i have been mostly sticking to my macros, I am down a whole a size in just under 6 weeks and I can honestly say I haven't been hungry at all, I have measurements and photos this week so although stripping down to my smalls for someone to take photos isn't my idea of a good time I am looking forward to making the 6 week comparison! This eating 4 times a day is boring though, i feel like a toddler having to carry around little boxes of food and meal prep is a friggin nightmare weighing everything before putting it in tiny containers but it's doing what I want, I'm shrinking and as my husband says it isn't like living with a bipolar crazy woman like most of my diets in the past have been. So the thing with macros is it's slow as I have spent the last 6 weeks loosing I now increase my food slightly as of next week and just maintain my new weight for 6 weeks then do another 6 weeks at loosing apparently the who idea is your body then resets at your new weight so instead of putting all the weight back on with a bit for fun your new reset weight it your weight now, fingers crossed. I am so over being fat loosing then gaining again! Keep up the personal goals Im off to slay my dragons xx

Changed up the diet, it's easier to follow the nutritional challenges at the box than do my own thing alone. So we are doing 'meet my macros'for 6 weeks we are one week in, it's weird more total calories than I was aiming for before and a ton more carbs than I was eating but carbs from carbs not sugar, fruit or wine, eating 4 times a days blows, and having a protein shake and water before bed when you train at night took a bit to get used to, it's not exciting food and the portions are small but its filling it feels weird to be on a plan where I'm not hungry or grumpy all the time, I'm actually disinterested in food because its so flippin boring but I really had to get my portion sizes under control and six weeks feels doable. Still winning with small victories just got to stay on track! Next mini goal is 104, see you really soon!!

It's been a seesaw of a month if it wasn't for my desperate need to get value for money out of my gym membership this weigh in could of gone differently aka badly!I'm still struggling to get back into tracking all my food but I bought a note book and have been doing the cave man thing of writing it down then I don't miss items on here, the other thing I have done is has been gone back to basics, bought some new batteries for my kitchen scales no more eye balling, everything is weighted and measured again absolutely everything it's been scary how my portions have been distorting over the last few months. I found my old measuring chart and since 26/01/15 I have lost 48cm which is nice because sometimes this whole weight loss gig seems long and drawn out ;)
