I've been trying to watch what I eat, tracking everything as best as I can for about a week and I've not lost anything. Last night, I took my measurements so that I could also track things that way. I've been feeling really discouraged but I'm still gonna keep trying my best. The exercise has been hard to get motivated to do but I finally did a video yesterday and I plan to tomorrow as well. My short term goal is to exercise at least 20 minutes a day for 2-3 days a week to start. I've been walking almost everyday for at least 30-60 minutes a day. It's been a big change because we were going out to eat all the time and I was just eating whatever I wanted whenever and most was fat calories. I've been trying to learn about macros and how much protein, carbs, & fat intake is healthy for losing weight. I'm so tired of feeling down about myself and not liking the image in the mirror and I just need to do something (or mamy things) about it. I'll try to post some recipes I've been trying out with pictures soon.
