A year ago today I started this journey...I was so dedicated and disciplined and reached my goal weight in 5 months. Then I started allowing myself to wander...a step away, a step back, 3 steps away, 2 steps back, 5 steps away, 1 step back etc. My weight got down to 122 and now here I am at 132. I never want to go back to where I was a year ago. I have to find my dedication and discipline again. I can beat myself up (and I do more often than not) but i can also choose to pat myself on the back and realize I’m still down 25 lbs from where I was last year at this time. Thank you all for supporting me and inspiring me. Checking in here, logging my food and being held accountable is imperative to my success.

I didn’t log it because I just couldn’t bring myself to but my weight was 133.4 on Monday and today it is 128.6 after 3 days of eating LCHF. Im down 4.8lbs— in 3 days. I know it’s water but a drop is always motivating. More than the scale number drop, I’m grateful for less bloating no acid reflux. No to keep with it😕

Weight hasn’t been this high since the middle of May...I’m going to the gym 2-3 times a week consistently but need to be more consistent with eating better. Thanksgiving didn’t help.

Im a broken record...I’ve been eating crap I know I shouldn’t eat for far too long. I have been going to the gym 2-3 times a week for the last month so that’s good but I need to get my eating back under control. I just have no willpower. I need to log my food and check in here every day. You guys inspire and motivate me. Why is it so difficult to do things we know are good for us??

I haven’t eaten a full day of low carb/high fat for over a month. I know I feel better when I do so why is it so darn difficult?! The weather has turned cold and dark and I just want to eat and hibernate. I weighed 127 this morning—not wanting to officially log it because it makes me feel like I’m failing when really I have stayed below 130 since June. 130 was my original goal but I’ve been as low as 121 and would like to stay closer to 120 so I have some wiggle room. I did go to the gym Saturday—first time in a month and it felt good—hope to get there again today. I just feel old and blah and need some encouragement from my lovely FS friends 🙂
