Day 5, walk was a bit unpleasant but I soldiered on and did 6km which was great in the end. Rewarded myself with a 20min steam room to detox and had my smoothie after gym .I must say I'm tired but I am looking forward to a eating clean day and keeping hydrated. I find that cravings kick in after 4pm but I try to ignore them as much as I can when I can't I eat a handful of Walnuts and drink Rooibos Tea with 1tspn honey and lemon, that gets me going to Dinner time. I'm not planning to fast forever I want to get to a routine of healthy eating and limit my alcohol consumption as I binge a lot after a glass of wine
I admire Vegans and Vegetarians but I love fish too much so ill keep it low carb and very little to no sugar. Sugar I believe does a lot of damage to our bodies than most foods and it is in most carbs too.
Tomorrow is supposed to be my cheat day but after doing so well this week I'm not sure I want to go back there

Day 4 of super cleanse week, I don't have a lot of energy but I'm able to function. I walked 5km this morning in a moderate pace and drinking lots of water, wasn't too bad after
water seems easier to drink compared to last week and my coffee has no sugar but I add milk and half tspn of honey
I feel better than this time last week, the bloat is gone and system is flushing very well
I'm suprised at the discipline for the 4 days but I guess it's the determination from failing the first time around. Sadly last year Oct I had lost 14kg, life happened and got too busy with work and gained 11kg back in 3 months. I'm so upset with myself cos i had already changed my wardrobe now those clothes dont fit anymore 😠but I know that won't change anything if I don't change my mindset
so yeah people I'm doing it right this time I'm not rushing it I have 19kg to lose to my goal weight and a healthy life 🙌

My optimistic plan is to fast 5 days a week Sun to Thursday, no Sugar, 50g carbs and 3l water
Friday have my hot wings oh I love them to bits and my glass of red wine
Saturday I want to have pizza or nice juicy burger and we all know that goes with chips 😊
if this works I will lose 2.5kg per week
oh and I walk(for now) about 7-9km every 2nd day just trying to get my energy back on track will start running after a dress size loss that will take off some weight on my knees
and will increase the distance to 10km every 2nd day
