food back in the frezzer pizza and chips and chicken with fish. So I can eat again plan is back on just going to have to watch what it is I am eatting and how much.

again not eat much chicken and rice for my tea and 2 pices of white bread. Cupboards or bear frezzer and fridge empty and 2 weeks till payday.

OMG I really thought I did badly over christmas and the festive season but no a new low weight in. First bit of good news for the new year.

a day before new year so emptying out the cupboards of rubbish and going to work so will do the same there clear out my locker. getting the bottles of water in ready and will weight-in first thing. new year new start (again) got lots to look forward to this year my transfer my move back to family. got a few plans with my best mate starting with horse riding lessons on Thursday. after the move and we are settled then start the wedding planning we got a date in mind 1st feb 2013. i let my self down this xmas big time but for new year my reslaution is not to lose weight but to have a more positive attitude! and to stick at what im doing till goal is complete no matter how hard it gets or how much temptation I get I want to be able this time next year and say I held my head high got myself out of the slum I was in and now im healthy and stronger in mind.
