I was sick for most of last week and couldn't eat food for like 3 days, last night was the first time i ate a full meal without throwing it up since last Tuesday. I'm hoping to keep the weight off since i'm starting to finally feel ok about my body but i still wanna lose more

Gained some weight over the last few months but slowly getting back on track. Planning to start fasting again and going back into my calorie deficit, gonna start with 1200 and start going down to more like 800. Wanna get down to 120 by midway through febuary.

I'm recovering from my eating disorder right now, maintaining at around 132 lbs ish but i still wanna lose weight yet in a healthy way this time. I went from eating maybe a meal a day to 3, I'm eating healthier but letting myself have at least one sweet thing a day.
Anyone have any good tips?

I ate so bad over the weekend, didn't count calories and hardly fasted which caused me to gain like 4 lbs, 3 days later i lost 3 lbs and working to get down to 120-123 for Christmas so even if i do gain a few lbs i won't be mad.
I've kept my intake decently low between 600-900 calories a day, fasting for 18 hours, eating 2 meals and burning around 100 from walking. I need to find some good exercises though to help me burn some more and get rid of all this fat
