I lost a little this week. I'm feeling a bit better, still not quite myself.
I'm trying to work on my mental health first. Next week, I will bring back healthier foods and slowly start exercising again.
I stopped exercising a few months back due to an injury and since then I've only been making excuses to get started again. I felt so good when I had a regular fitness routine and I want that feeling back.
I'm working on the willpower. I do feel it getting stronger! Got to get back on the horse! 👍

I haven't been keeping track of my weight the last few weeks. I've gained quite a bit.
I haven't felt myself lately, a little depressed, and I'm not even attempting to eat healthy.
I feel tired. Everything on my body hurts and I just feel like rubbish. I know it's from eating unhealthy food.
I have to get it under control again, before it gets out of hand and I gain even more.

I'm very happy with this morning's weigh-in! I was able to get rid of the holiday weight in two week's time, which I didn't think was going to happen. So...I'm impressed with myself for once. 🤣
Now to work on my next goal! I'm a few kilos short of being the lowest weight I've ever been since using this app. That should inspire me to keep this going! 👍
