So I *planned* on having the entire package of noodles for breakfast:
1 pack noodles - 60 cal
1 cup marinara - 160 cal
2 cups broccoli - 40 cal
...for a solid 260 calorie meal. Until, I put it all on a plate--it would take me all day to eat that much food! So I put half away for another meal. Now at only 130 cal, I wish I had some Violife mozzarella shreds to add. Added to shopping list!
As for the texture vs. shirataki noodles: much more like a wheat noodle. Unfortunately, I got busy and let it simmer a little longer than I wanted, and the noodles are a bit mushy. ☹️ But taste-wise, definitely a great sub for wheat noodles.

Going to try these for lunch. From what I can feel through the package, they seem to have a better texture than shirataki noodles. At 60 calories for the whole pack, it's higher than shirataki but still better than wheat pasta.
