Hi All
Feeling very bloated this morning went out with the Granddaughter cycling yesterday and had really bad choices in food, Firstly a cheeseburger followed by an ice cream then later on in the day we had a piece of chocolate cake and a cappuccino it was her last day with us before she returns home to her parents and I wanted her to have a treat, wish I had super glued my lips together as today I'm suffering.....

Hi all
Been a very busy Bee looking after the youngest Granddaughter for a few days now (Half Term Child Minder) and forgot to post my weight loss achievement really very pleased with the outcome, thought it would never start to happen but things can only get better.....BFN MM

Hi Peeps
I've been here there and everywhere this past month and my feet have hardly touched the floor, I'm back home now so I shall be starting to catch up on all what has been going on with FS.....GREAT SUCCESS with my IBS and the raw milk change over, I hardly have any symptoms now which is great, minor problems seem to occur only when I eat very spicy foods which I love, also drinking the Kefir every morning on an empty stomach 2 hrs before I eat has been very beneficial as well. fingers crossed things will continue to keep me free from the IBS discomfort.....BFN MM

I'm Up and Running a little today not feeling a 100% yet, I just can't sit around for long just doing nothing, so 2 wash loads done and dried plus a little weeding front of house so I've only popped in for a quick cuppa before I attack the back garden .....sun is trying so hard to stay out today so I must plod on cos who knows what tomorrow will bring....

Feeling really lousy today, think I've picked up my Granddaughters flu like illness..... I'm shivering, snotty and my ears and head are aching .....last night I went to bed with 2 hot water bottles a box of tissues, and turned the central heating right up, I just couldn't get warm at all.....I'm still feeling like a sack of kak so I've put my Totes on plus my Hubby's fleece pyjamas and a long pink towelling dressing gown, not the best of fashion accessories but is the Face Bothered, I Think Not, hope nobody comes visiting today!!!!.....had a BLT sarnie earlier for b/fast and didn't really want that, my plan for lunch will definitely have to be a tin of Heinz chicken soup cos I just can't be ar**d, good job I've got some leftover meat and bits in the fridge for OH's meal tonight, normally I love to cook but not today.....the weather outside is just as miserable as I feel roll on summer.....BFN,
