I started this diet back in December and went really well at first .
Needless to say I started being busier , eating fast food again and drinking pop again . What a NO NO !!!! I need to get back on track as I feel like crap again and feel depressed. Yesterday I started drinking water again. I had 8 16.9 oz bottles of water and a small sip of my hubby's sprite. I need encouragement , so if your looking for a buddy let me know. I live in Franklin/Bargersville IN so if anyone lives in this area we could possibly walk or exercise together.


I also am NO longer on the cabbage soup diet , but don't know how to change it.
I'm drinking alot of water , watching serving size , exercising, and drinking NO POP !!! If anyone has or knows of a diet that works please share .

I read that doing excercises in intervals is actually better and gives you a harder and better workout. That's how they train on biggest loser. So I actually tried it and they were right . For Example if you use the treadmill you would get a better workout by doing 10 min sessions a couple times a week. But you have to have your incline high but not to high to where you don't feel comfortable , as well as your speed. Here's what you do run on the treadmill or walk for a total of 10 mins but you run for 10 secs, stop for 10 secs , run for 10 secs and so on till u reach your 10 mins. Do this 3 times a week or more if you feel comfortable . And you can do this with all excercise and will see better results as your heart pumps faster and you get worked up .
Be sure to drink plenty of water on your breaks, before and after.

I did try this today for the first time and lets just say i couldn't do it for more than 3 1/2 mins . LoL as a fat girl can't run like that yet , but I'll get there by working my self up and I have my son who is gonna help and encourage me when I do it. I had my treadmill on incline 10 and was running on 7 , it's so intense.
