My fat intake is always higher then my protein intake. is that ok. ???

it's so hard to eat and drink having Bell's Palsy. 3 day and my mouth is just to tired to chew after a few bits. can even have enough suction to take a drink. ..

Had a scare yesterday and still dont really dont know how to deal with it. Start out with Sunday morning . . Went to the urgent care because my right ear was hurting on the outside . They told me that i had a staph infection . Gave me an ornament and antibiotics . Started them as soon as i got them .They told me if i start to get swelling in the eye area to come back in. I was at work yesterday and my eye area and left started to go numb.. I went back to the URGENT care . they gave me another antibiotic to take .So thats 3 now I left got it took it . about an hour later the left side of my face started to go numb i call them and they told me to go to the ER . ER said i did not have a staph infection that i had Bell PAISLEY. stopped me on the 3 meds that urgent care gave me and put me on steroids for 5 days . . it could last up to 2 weeks to 6 month's . So calling my doctor today to get in . If i have this , It really sucks . I can not close my right eye . Going out today to get something to put on it night to keep it closed . and find a patch to put on it to keep stuff out of it . . I am not in pain . just discomfort. Sense the right muscle are not working on my face they say to not to eat foods i have to chew alot . So may be a good thing for my weigh goal..LOL .
