Wow oh Wow i suffered a blow. Unfortunately some thing happened that led to some emotional eating over my birthday :( and Im now back to where I started.
But all is not lost. I am feeling great now and now have the fire again after seeing that scale go up. Its only a kg but its one kg to many (well really 20kg to many but you know what I mean.
My goal is to lose 15kg in 10 weeks at a min. A bit zealous I admit but I will do it!!

Well I suffered a bit of a lapse over Easter like Im sure many people did. Unfortunately we had my brothers birthday as well this weekend so that didn't help matters. Although I did try to behave myself!! making sure to only have a small amount of the bad stuff when I could resit and only eating my fill.
But I am back on the wagon today having had my normal breakfast and no sugared drinks ie cordial today.
I have my meals for the rest of the day planned and will be making a plan for the rest of the week tonight.
I want brave enough to step on the scales on Saturday after eating a bit more then normal but I will be stepping on them this Saturday which should be interesting. The I also have my birthday coming up :P.
But I will prevail, I have a goal and I'm not going to stop till I acheive it!!!

2 weeks ago I took a full body composition test and although I knew I was over-weight (always have been) it wasn't until I saw the full body breakdown of all the fats and where they are, what type, and the possible problems I might have in the not to distant future particular Diabetes, which my mother has so I am already at risk.
Since then I have really reigned in on the eating as I know that I eat out of boredom more so then hunger, as my job is a rather plan desk job that means I sit on my butt for 8 hrs of the day.
But I am now attending boot camp every Tuesday and Thursday and going to the gym Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays.
I am also 2 weeks into a 12 week challenge set up at the gym which I am very determined to do well in.
However I'm finding now I've hit the 2 week mark of my journey I'm more hungry and want the bad food again particularly at work.
I have been so good not to touch any cordials, soft drinks, junk food and mainly eating fresh non processed foods.
I wonder if anyone else feels this way?
