Hi everyone! I need advice please. I can do so good on my food intake throughout the day. Making good choices, spacing out eating, portion control….
And then after dinner, no matter what I eat… the bottom falls out.
I am starving! Then here comes the snack monster who does NOT make good choices. His favorites include popcorn, goldfish crackers, chocolate, chips. And the list goes on.
Help with defeating the snack monster at night? 🫣🥺

Ugh… found a huge error that had me thinking a bag of popcorn only had 100 calories. 🤦🏼♀️ I’m an idiot for thinking that. Found the correct conversion and updated the type I always eat. Nice to know it’s 400 calories… now I think I should add it to my no-no list. Cuz I sure can drink a lot of red wine for 400 calories 😜 I’ll take that instead next time.

A great day. I find myself constantly staring at the weights I haven’t touched in a very very long time. I believe it is getting time to brush off my anxiety and do some weight workouts. 😳 now to get my mind out of my past failures and just do it!

Well that’s disappointing 😕 a week into this and no change. I can give myself grace and understanding though. Many factors play into that number on the scale. I can take a breath and move on with my day. I do however feel better physically. I’m much less bloated. My heart rate is down and my misfires are less. *I have diagnosed heart issues
So any improvements not seen on the scale are still a victory for me.
Hunger cravings are worsening a bit. I feel more and more hungry after dinner.
Also, having a hard time following some of the conversations on here. So if I don’t reply to comments, I apologize. This platform is still kinda confusing.

It’s been a great week. Can’t believe I’m a week into this app and really logging my food. It’s been enlightening, that’s for sure. So proud of myself for going out to Chinese buffet twice… only getting veggies and a little bit of shrimp and non breaded chicken. Thankful for this app and everyone’s stories. Still learning about this posting and journaling thing. Little unsure what to put 🤷🏼♀️
