i just made THEE BEST asparagus!
cook them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, let simmer
sprinkle on some garlic salt as well as ginger, let simmer a bit longer. keep an eye on it that they dont cook to long! when there is about 1 minute left, squeeze out about half an orange over the asparagus. DELISH!!!

today i went to a holistic health doctor for a body scan. It was very interesting! i found out that i had 3 parasites, a heart virus, and pesticide pesticide poisoning. i was first of all SHOCKED. and then of course wanted to know....so now what? he was able to zap the parasites and heart virus through radio active waves and he gave me vitamins for the poison. he then did "color light acupuncture" to find food allergies. it was very interesting! he said although you may not necessarily be allergic to a certain food there are certain foods that work well with your body and ones that dont. And it is different for each person! He also gave me vitamins for digestion. He also said i had a unhealthy liver :-/ they gave me vitamins to detox my liver which. With all of the vitamins and the zapping of the viruses of bugs and parasites they said i will notice a difference in my skin, my eyes, as well as my heart. And an added bonus is with these recommended foods he said i will notice a weight change! WOOHOO! so i weighed in tonight and think i will wait another 3 weeks to weigh in again. i was excited to learn i have lost 16 lbs already! i have been eating healthier a little longer than i have been doing this so the # isnt completely accurate. but i am excited!
