Survived on the first day. My body's not really used to this kinda situation so it's kinda sore. Tips on increasing metabolism would be useful though XD. Wondering how's it gonna be tomorrow. I hope I lost at least a pound haha!
This is a journal right, online of course. So i'll spill it out. The motivation came from years of bullying. Ever since i was a kid, I was bullied either because I was fat or I had the so called 'man boobs'. I don't really know the reason why i have them. I did some research and i found out that it 's either excess fat or a condition called Gynecomastia. Up until now, I'm still on the victims list. It's been a tough time surviving highschool. i have to wear shirts bigger than my usual size just to conceal the 'boob bulge' and I often slouch just to partially hide THESE. I don't get into relationships 'cause I'm fat but not too fat, just about right for my height. I have 'boobs' which are probably a major turn-off to girls hehe. And I'm just plain ugly. Some girls may have said that I'm cute but maybe 'cause they just wanted to make me smile, and they are my friends.
Wow that was embarrassing. Several people reading my entries from around the world. I just made this an emo diary didn't I hahaha! Anyways, that's it for today. Another entry tomorrow, i guess. Goodluck to everyone out there =)

Time to get serious. I'm obese, and I'm scared. obesity can lead to cancer, heart problems, etc. In the past few years, I've been experiencing chest pains every once in a while. I never gave importance to my health, but people change. I'm changing myself, and my lifestyle. Even if i can't have the dream slim body figure, I might as well lose some weight just to get myself out of the obese category.
