Don’t make sweet potato fries often because cutting sweet potatoes are a massive pain, but they’re soooo good! And look how colourful this plate is - stunning!

Really happy that I’ve had a loss! I had an takeaway on Friday with my boyfriend and we also had a snack night on the Saturday because of the bank holiday weekend. So I wasn’t expecting anything! Just shows that the odd day off your deficit won’t be much of a problem. However, I’m going to Download Festival in exactly a week now, so I’m expecting a bit of a gain there as it’s almost a whole week off my deficit. I’m just going to try to be as sensible as possible whilst also enjoying myself! The plan is to put the work in this week in the hopes of losing a decent amount by my next check in, so that I don’t feel too guilty if I do gain over Download week.

Only 500 calories for a massive jacket potato with beans, and a huge side salad with tomatoes, radish, cucumber, spring onion and vegan feta cheese (my mum had real feta). Stunning!

Perhaps a bit of an odd lunch - leftover smashed avocado from yesterday on a crumpet with an egg and a slice of ham - but one that I really enjoy having on days off (usually I’ll have melted cheese instead of the avocado though).
