I have BIG problems! I just realized I'm addicted to food! OMGosh! I hate it! Back and forth UP and DOWN! It's ridiculous! My daughter is going to Navy Bootcamp Monday and WHY do I think when she is gone I am going to lose weight? My "idea" is to really work out and on myself so she will be just as surprised to see me as I am to see her...that's my "thought" I feel like such a failure/loser. I am back up to 170lbs. NOW I am thinking I want to join Weight Watchers! This is pretty much madness. I have never been through this in my life and I think what does it have to take? Why can't that thing "snap" in my mind? I know it's in my thinking...so what will I/ can I do to really change?
I really like this site but I feel like such a big dummy coming back WEIGHING IN! I am so sorry fatsecret PEEPS! Here I made a challenge motivate and Hydrate and where was I? Sneaking food! I could cry but I wont...just gonna suck it up and eat pizza tomorrow. Stupid.
