I kinda got off track a little bit but it was more due to working out later than what I normally do. Very happy with the weight loss and I am NOT starving myself by any means just being more choosy with my choices. I keep a personal food journal not that I dont like the way this site does that. I just like having a paper journal that fits in my purse and I can right down what I ate and later put in the pertinence. I still have a LONG way to go like 152 lbs but every pound lost is one gained towards my goal. I think its because I havent been working out much at all until now is why I am losing so much, but I know there will be a time that I will plateau and I will have to do more. Just very happy for the time being!!

Working out is getting easier now im walking with an incline now and it was GREAT walking into the grocery store yesterday and not being winded... I will conquer this weight!! But losing weight even just .2 lb is great feeling as long as its staying the same or going down. I have started to do just very little strength training in working out but I do walk 1 hour tho trying to get my stamina built up so I can run for the entire hour.

I did another workout today to keep with my workout daily I have going on. Walked for 1 hour and biked for 15mins to make up for not working out on sunday. My weight did go down and I kinda wonder why? I have been now weighting myself after my workout everyday so that way its consistant... I really hope to get down to 175 at the lowest 150 and that is my lowest period I am currently working on just getting under 300 and I will. I also didnt eat as much today as I did yesterday so that hopefully will help. Until tomorrow...

I didnt do so well yesterday. I worked out yes. The foods that I ate was horrible and now I weight 2lbs more. ARRUG... So I need to get on a schedule for eating and eating the good stuff and not really crappy over processed stuff :(
