Good morning 🌞.. just needed to write because I am in self destruction mode and I am not doing well. The place where I have worked for 24 years is closing. We had a fire at our plant on June 21st and in June 26th they announced the closure and on that same day my whole department was let go except for me and my boss. All of the tears were so upsetting that I started eating and drinking. I am a stress eater and I know that but old habits are so hard to break. So now I am job hunting and probably going to have to relocate or travel to make the same money so everything I know right now is going to change. My husband and family have been great but they are all upset too but trying to be supportive too but they know things are going to be different too. I have an interview this week and I’m fat!!!! What have I done to myself. Oh well thanks for listening
