I am so not doing so well. I had so many cookies yesterday, I lost track. And even if I hadn't I don't think I would have indicated them all on my food diary. I don't wanna see how many calories I consumed!!!

So at least I didn't gain. I hadn't followed everyday either. But I am now, I want to lose so badly.

What a horrible day as far as eating right. Just at first glance, it is very obvious that I totally goofed, and ate what I should NOT eat!!! WTF!!! Paige, Get with IT!!! But I am not giving up. Not to say that I am really dieting, but I am documenting everything I put in my mouth!!!!! This weekend I weigh myself, and I am not expecting to lose any at all... It will be easy to give up, but I will not give up....

** Need to add the serving info on Rold Gold pretzel sticks at home, it said serving size 48 pretzels, so I counted out 48. Now this says something about 1oz. I am going with 1 serving, and if I have to add my pretzel info from my bag, well then I will :)**

Well, I wont get up and eat those Samoa's anymore. Just 2 servings is 600 calories!!! It got me up to the 2000 that I was trying not to reach. Wow, it really does go to show, that if you are not aware of what you are eating, you can really gain and over do it. Before this dieting, I would eat maybe 6 or 7 of those....NO WAY!!!
