Well I have been a hermit all winter and as usual the winter has took it's toll. So It's about time I start trying to get back in shape and stick with it. So here goes.
Sorry for disapearing off here for so long. It's been a busy time.
After reviewing my past weigh in history i see at least I did not slip to far back. That makes me happy. :) I can do this!

I've been stuck at 189. This morning it was 188 but I am not weighing that in because I know it will be right back at 189 before nights out. It's depressing having a tyroid problem. I can go weeks and never eat over 2,000 calories and barely eat 1,000 and still my weight don't move much if any. Hopefully things will begin to drop again soon.

Woooo Whoooo! So excited to see 189 and dropping. I have so many jeans that I should be able to wear and use to be able to wear but just can't get them to button and zip now no matter how much I try. I can not wait to get into all those jeans collecting dust on top of my dresser. :)

Going bowling with the family tonight. Yay! Wonder how many calories bowling burns? lol Looking forward to it either way. :)
