Gained 0.6 lb. Actually, I weighed in at 159.8 lbs earlier this morning (before taking my shower as always), then I urinated two minutes later, then weighed again to realize that I lost 0.6 lb. Who would have thought that urine weighs so much?
I am still maintaining. However, I will have to keep watching my weight; otherwise I will gain an extra 20-30 lbs!
