Should mention that I did a half marathon called Race to Robie (with a 2000' elevation change) on Saturday. With my almost 30 lb weight loss from last year, I cut 20 minutes off my time. Tracking my food for Sat, I almost consumed 7000 Calories, but am pretty sure I burned off most of that during the event.
