So keeping my sodium under 1500 mg a day is going to be really hard. I like soup, and soup has a lot of sodium in it. However, I've been really nervous this week that I wasn't going to lose much because I'm on my period, and I get so bloated, ad you retain so much water, but I feel like I've done well! I had to weigh myself three or four times this morning to make sure the scale wasn't lying! I'm excited. (:
