I hope it's just taking a while to catch up with me, because I did everything right this week. I burned more calories than I consumed. I worked out every day, sometimes more than once a day. I did have some sweets that I probably shouldn't have had, but all in all, it was a great week. It's a little disappointing that I didn't lose. But I didn't gain either! That's always a good thing. I'm going to stay positive!! My buddy is doing wonderful and I want to support her as much as I can! :) Good things for next week!!
