I am really happy with my exercise, transitioning my diet to eating more is proving to be a challenge. For example today for breakfast I made a smoothie with 50g protein, 120g frozen strawberries 60 grams black berries and 30g rasberries. To finish that is proving to be quite a task since I was getting used to eating small quantities. I also cooked my chicken breast last night so cannot wait to eat this for lunch and afternoon snack. I now just need to work on getting enough sleep.
