had a migraine for the last 2 days, but i still stuck with my calorie limits. actually had enough calories left to enjoy some dark chocolate easter leftover candy. day 2, i forced myself to get out of bed and go in to town, migraine in tow. then i made myself go to the gym. mikey didnt feel up to working out so i swam and he sat in the hot tub. headache went away but came back a few hours later. woke up this morning feeling much better. going to do some housework, because it counts as excersize. last night i was 266.4 this morning i was 264.something. its normal to fluctuate so im not getting to excited, but its good to see a smaller number than i have all year!
