Ugh! I have not had a good week. Cravings, and not enough movement. Well, I've sorta been expecting this, thank goodness it is no worse. But it is a new week and we will do better.
I can hardly wait for this weather to be over. Lots of dark rainy days. On the other hand when I did go off my eating plan, I ate keto friendly foods, if not in the right proportion. It definitely makes a difference having only good food in the house!
