Thanks for all the anniversary congrats - today grandma gave 2 canolis to me to start day - not gonna be pretty - lol I love her I hate her / lol - when I go though I want to overdose on canolis when it's time - lol - fantastic job out there , I'm just cruising and worst habits or experiences are cheese ice cream and beer mostly so those are my up days / gotta say no more that's all - doing lots exercise at work - lot easier now , fight the stomach bloat a lot but use antacid pills mostly diet soda the culprit / thanks for support back at you / stick with it even if not working yet it will come - God Bless WHEN NOT IF
