I have reached my target set on 3rd of April to lose 12kg by 30th May 2018 or approx 8 weeks with 1 day to spare. Guess that was cutting it fine. Had a good leg workout session yesterday resulting in good weight-loss. Getting back into full Keto I guess I am just impatient. Will be setting my goals maybe 17kg in 12 weeks I will plan and see. In the meanwhile I will be stocking up on protein to carry me through the next 12 weeks cutting carbs yet again and possibly increasing cardio.
