May Month End Summary
38000 calorie deficit ~11pounds lighter on the scale
Created the deficit just by restricting food, and eating high protien, low carb. I had planned on adding a lot of exercise but haven't done that yet.
Had a headache today (I don't get them very often); so I think I've become nutrient deficient.
Made myself a spinach avacado smootie today to increase my intake of potassium/magnesium. I used 300g of spinach which gets me half the RDI of potassium. Anyone have any recipes they can share?
