Good morning, I have had a really good week for consistency, eating well and losing. I have dropped 3lbs this week so far. Draglist was right, stay away from the fast-food! I am averaging 2100 calories a day but I am eating better quality of food. For lunch yesterday I had 2 slices of cheese pizza so I do not think I am denying myself of living well while losing. Thanks everyone for helping me be a better me.
