so. I lost my baby over the weekend. I'm not ashamed about the junk food and wine I consumed. I think I deserved it. so I'm starting my weight loss journey again.

Thanks guys, there is a reason for everything. Going to get sterilised now. I cant do it again. So ja, the next week or so I am going to just focus on me. Get me back to healthy. Body and mind.
