I didn't lose anything last night :( . I thought for sure when I woke up this morning after a good nights sleep I would be down at least a pound. I have been down at least a pound a day every day since Monday...that is up until today :( . I know I shouldn't be that upset about it but I am! I have followed the diet 100% and I just don't understand! HELP!

You are losing at an awesome, FAST rate, give your poor boday a break! Also I have been on this diet before, and I would lose in spurts and jumps, lose for a few days, stop for a day or two, then start losing again. It doesn't mean you are doing anything wrong, your body just has to adjust to the rapid weight loss!
