shot up to 336.5, coming down again.
Had pissy attitude lately. Short tempered and angry, get home EVERYDAY feeling like my eyes are bleeding and my brains are being squeezed out of my ears and a knot in that spot behind the navel that leaves me feeling like I'm either going to vomit or pass Manhattan island (skyscrapers and all).
Turns out between the big picture windows behind my desk and the new LED replacement lights for the florescent ABOVE my desk (whiter, harsher light)the glare (I actually do shadow puppets on the desktop WITH the computer on!) is getting to me.
Went to the eye doctor the discover I have "computer eye syndrome"

the result is a strain that has even given me a slight focus (double vision ) at close work (ie...computer!).
of course the super snapping on the lights (half are off during most of the morning and it's actually easier to work then)WITH OUT A HEADS UP stating they are to be on is like getting ice-picks jammed into them....<sigh> I still have my bottle of tylenol at my desk.
